Meta Lead Ad to Messenger Flow

Talkpush seamlessly integrates Facebook Lead Ads with your Messenger bot, enabling continuous interaction with candidates within a single platform. This integration prevents candidates from switching platforms, ensuring a smoother experience. Talkpush recognizes when candidates come from Lead Ads, avoiding duplicate applications. The Messenger bot intelligently continues conversations without requiring candidates to resubmit information, streamlining the recruitment process.

Step-by-step for the Lead Ad configuration:

Customize Call-to-Action (CTA):

Choose a customized CTA in the Message for Leads section.

Add Customized CTA Link:

Insert the link to the customized CTA of the Lead Ad. The link structure should be https://m.me/<FacebookPageID>?ref=event-lead_ad_submission.

Replace "<FacebookPageID>" with the ID of the Facebook page where the bot is connected, obtainable from the Assets/Pages section in the Business Manager.

 

Link Lead Ad to Campaign:

Once the Lead Ad is set up, use the Lead Ad Manager in Talkpush's Company Settings to link the lead ad ID to the desired campaign.
