The Unassigned Campaign includes all candidates who started a conversation with the chatbot but did not apply to a specific campaign or submit a query within 10 minutes of the conversation.
As mentioned in the previous guide, the unassigned campaign is always on the top of your campaign list. The unassigned campaigns can also be filtered in the Leads Tab.
An Unassigned Campaign is automatically created once a Facebook page is linked to a campaign. If there are multiple Facebook pages integrated into the system, each Facebook page will have its own Unassigned Campaign.
It's important to note that Unassigned Campaigns for Facebook differ from usual campaigns. They don't have Campaign Settings, and they can't be archived or edited. However, these campaigns are accessible by default to all users regardless of their access level.
