What is Autoflow?

Module 2

How does Autoflow work?

Autoflow follows an 'if this, then that' structure, meaning it has two parts: a set of triggers (if this) and an action (then that) that will be performed once these criteria are met.

You'll find Autoflow within the Campaign Settings, where you can create an Autoflow by 'Adding an Action' and setting up the triggers.

You'll choose a trigger folder and construct criteria based on Candidate Attributes. These criteria can be linked using AND/OR operators to specify conditions.

Once the trigger is created, click the Add Action button to create a new automated action. Choose from various Bulk or Message actions, fill out the required information, and save to complete the setup.

Before we get to the technical, we'll present some Succesful 'Use Cases' which can give you the inspiration you need to level up your own Autoflow setup.

While every user level can view Autoflows for a campaign, the authority to add or edit Autoflows lies exclusively with Owners .
