Autoflow Actions

Quick Recap 

After the Create Trigger step, which involves selecting and filtering candidates targeted by Autoflow, next is Add Action, where you'll choose the action Autoflow needs to execute. 

When you click the Add Action button, you will see all the Autoflow actions available: 

 

  • Move Candidate: Migrate the candidate to a folder or campaign (Inbox folder excluded). 
  • Create an Application: Invite a candidate to another campaign’s Inbox, (keep or remove the current application).
  • Assign Labels: Assign multiple labels to the applicant to make them stand out.
  • Job Matching*: Generate the matching score of incoming applications (available with your Job Matching feature add-on.
  • Send Assessment*: Send the link to a third-party assessment.
  • Add Data: Fill an existing candidate attribute in the candidate's profile.
  •  Send Question Set*: Send Follow-up Questions from a set configured on Templates. The candidates will receive an interview link to complete their next set of Qs.
  • Send Message Actions: Send a message to candidates via Email, SMS, Messenger, or WhatsApp (character limit of 1600). Use tokens to help you customize your messages! 

 

Note: The messaging channel priority is as follows: Preferred Communication channel > Last channel used > Messenger > WhatsApp > Email > SMS.

Delay Action

This Autoflow feature can delay all actions mentioned above for a set amount of time. For example, if you're using Autoflow to reject candidates, you can delay the rejection for a couple of hours or days.
